Location: Town of Norway
We are looking for a breakfast/lunch sous chef, who has extensive experience in kitchen operations and is committed to quality and guest satisfaction. You can lead and motivate kitchen service in a nice and efficient way. You are used to hectic and busy workdays.
Responsibilities- Operate the hotel's kitchen mainly in the morning/daytime.
- Personnel responsibility, training, development and follow‑up of employees.
- Follow up on internal control systems.
- Contribute to a good working environment and cooperate with colleagues in the kitchen and with various departments.
- Produce food according to order.
- Be a good role model and motivator for your employees.
- Develop menus together with head chef.
- Take part in stock‑counts.
- At least 6 years of experience in the culinary profession.
- Creative and "out of the box" thinking.
- Flexible, accurate and self‑driven.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity in everything you do.
- Strong communication skills in English; a Scandinavian language is also an advantage.
- Good development opportunities for the right candidate.
