Job Overview
General Manager role at a McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee is the employer. Responsibilities include running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities- Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Work with a leader to set restaurant goals and create a plan to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Assistant Managers to set their own goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction.
- Hire and develop Assistant and Shift Managers to build the right team.
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
- Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
