A summer camp kitchen service provider seeks an experienced Special Diets Chef/Sous Chef to manage food service for campers with dietary restrictions. This demanding hands-on position requires strong knowledge of food allergens, effective communication with staff and campers, and leadership skills to supervise kitchen operations. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of commercial kitchen experience and will live on site, with room and board provided.
