We are looking for a creative and high-energy Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Brasserie Bon Vivant and shape Riviera’s culinary identity with international flair and confident use of local Nordic ingredients.

• Lead the kitchen team in a high-energy resort environment and deliver food experiences that match the Riviera vibe – from breakfast to after-beach and events.
• Collaborate closely with bar, events and other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
• Take ownership of kitchen economics, purchasing, inventory and operational efficiency.
• Create and develop vibrant, international menus rooted in Nordic and local ingredients.
• Ensure a strong creative vision and ability to inspire and build strong kitchen teams.
• Maintain a commercial mindset with solid cost control and a focus on sustainable operations.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or creative Sous Chef in a lifestyle restaurant, resort hotel or modern brasserie.
• The ability to lead, inspire and build strong kitchen teams.
• Experience delivering high-quality guest experiences in a dynamic setting.
