Undisclosed, Your responsibilities are preparing food items for our members and guests; all aimed at fostering connections and ensuring our team thrives together in a spirit of collaboration and shared purpose.

• Deliver service with care and attention, always prioritizing quality and the well-being of the Members.
• Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications.
• Ability to work 50% of the line or sautee station.
• Maintain food safety standards and ensure proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food service operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow and ensure safety protocols are followed by others.
• Any other duties, as assigned.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably within fine dining or hospitality settings.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent cooking skills with a focus on meal preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
• May be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
