Alley Cats Coffee is now hiring weekend shifts kitchen staff for its new location coming soon to 750 W Beaverbrook Ave in Spooner Wi. We are looking to add kitchen line staff to prepare sandwiches and salads to order on Mondays - Saturdays from 6:30am to 4:15pm and Sundays from 7:30am to 2:15 pm.
Responsibilities- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare ingredients for use during shift
- Quickly and accurately prepare sandwiches and other food items
- Cook menu items to specified recipe standards
- Maintain station cleanliness
- Stock inventory & fill reorder sheets
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Keep checklists updated
- Cooking experience or Back-of-House restaurant experience preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Ability to work with a team to meet and exceed client expectations
- Ability follow direction and consistently follow recipes and guidelines
- Cleanliness and ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Able to prioritize customer satisfaction
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Abililty to work while standing for long periods
- Ability to handle a high volume, quick-paced workflow
