Responsibilities include:
Food/Meal Preparation
Setting up menu items in serviceable containers
Attending to cabin’s dining needs.
Setting up and refilling items on the Salad Bar and Coffee Bar
Clean up and Sanitation
Wiping down all tables before all meals
Disposing of or returning unused food to proper containers
Dish washing
Cleaning counters and Surfaces in the kitchen
Cleaning Coffee Bar and Salad Bar
Kitchen organization and cleanup
Other duties as assigned
