- Assist in executing store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals.
- Monitor personal metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and exceed assigned sales and productivity goals.
- Commit to company‑provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations, and performance goals.
- Support management with system processing and inventory control.
- Surpass minimum performance expectations and excel in all facets of our business.
- Wear our products and become a raving fan of the brand and the company's mission and vision.
- Retail experience – Required 1 year minimum (Commission based sales experience, preferred).
- Ability to work weekends:
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. - Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Supervisory Responsibilities – This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment – The job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical Demands – The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, sit at a presentation station with clients for prolonged periods, stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, occasionally climb ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform weight‑bearing pressure tests on customers. There is also a flight of stairs used multiple times a day to reach the call center.
Position Type – Full‑time. Must be available for store operating hours, inclusive of weekends.
