Retail Display Installer – Technology

Location:

Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.

2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role you’ll execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including:

  • Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
  • Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs
  • Following plan‑o‑grams and client‑specific directives

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact).
  • Keep availability updated and accurate.
  • Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
  • Complete necessary forms/surveys before leaving the site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms/client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
  • Participate in early morning installations and installations involving a team of 2+ people and provide solution feedback.
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Complete training and certification programs.
  • Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
  • Available for weekend assignments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
  • Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
  • Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift/carry up to 60 lbs; kneel/walk/crouch/bend over/reach overhead.
  • Ability to adjust to various tasks and work environments.
  • Effective communication via phone/text/email; use smartphone for clocking in/out, uploading photos, downloading apps, etc.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Must own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently.
  • Must complete all training assignments in the designated time frame.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment/shift/daily.
  • Superior leadership, professional communication and presentation skills; sound judgment and problem‑solving.
