Hometown Grocers is looking for a Bakery Department Manager to lead daily bakery operations. You will work with Bakery associates to meet company policies and department goals, while supervising labor, pricing, stock levels, merchandising and guest service.
The role reports to the Store Manager and requires coordinating with HR for staffing, training new hires, and conducting performance reviews. Morning through weekend shifts and holidays are included in a full-time schedule.
