Dollar Tree in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help manage daily store operations and customer service excellence. You will assist in organizing merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, while supporting the Store Manager and developing Store Associates.
Ideal candidates will have store management experience in retail or equivalent environments, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to supervise a fast-paced, safety-conscious team.
