• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to exceed revenue goals
• Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in customer care and sales is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple inquiries

• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
