Marc Nascimento - State Farm Agent is seeking a competitive Producer capable of recognizing opportunities and converting leads into lasting customer relationships. As an Insurance Account Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, identify their needs, and market suitable products to maximize value. You may also contribute to developing strategies and setting quotas for our agency.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Assist the agent in establishing and achieving marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure successful, long-lasting customer relations.

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
• Track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Ability to relate effectively to customers
• Property & Casualty license
