Sales Manager – Wire Industry

At FIB Belgium, we design and build advanced industrial equipment for the wire and cable industry. As our new Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of our commercial efforts — combining technical understanding with a sharp business sense.

You’ll join an experienced, passionate team that delivers cutting-edge thermal processing lines, galvanizing equipment, and other wire treatment solutions worldwide.

• Manage and grow the global client portfolio across the wire industry.
• Participate in and support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
• Analyse project and customer requirements to offer tailor-made solutions.
• Follow up on market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide input to proposals, technical discussions, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and project teams to align client expectations with our technical capabilities.
• Represent FIB Belgium at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

• Experience in sales within the industrial or wire manufacturing sector.
• A technical background or solid understanding of industrial machinery and processes.
• Fluent in English and French, additional languages (especially Dutch, Spanish or German) are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Independent, proactive, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel internationally for client visits and exhibitions.
• A genuine passion for technology and customer success.
