Als commerciële vastgoedmedewerker sta je in voor de verkoop. Je werkt nauw samen met de klanten om hen bij te staan bij de aankoop van vastgoed.
Belangrijkste taken:
- Je gaat met de klanten in gesprek om hun behoeften te doorgronden.
- Je screent de markt en stelt kandidaat kopers nieuwe eigendommen voor die aan hun wensen voldoen.
- Je organiseert bezoeken en adviseert de klanten over de verkoopvoorwaarden.
- Je onderhandelt over de verkoopvoorwaarden van vastgoed.
- Je helpt de klanten bij de administratieve afwikkeling van de verkoop.
