Position SummaryWe are seeking a Service & Parts Sales Specialist to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of spare parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, experience with industrial machinery, and proficiency in CRM and order management tools. Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the packaging machinery industry.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long‑term partnerships.
- Manage spare parts sales inquiries, ensuring accurate quotes and timely order fulfillment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer communication and service.
- Provide after‑sales support, including troubleshooting and recommending parts or upgrades.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management in an industrial or packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, automation, or industrial equipment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
