Sales Representative – South East Territory
Role can be based in the territory or out of our Iron Ridge, WI facility. Are you a relationship builder who thrives on driving growth and making an impact? We’re looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join our growing team and lead business development efforts across a key territory. This is more than just a sales job—it’s a chance to represent a trusted brand, build meaningful client partnerships, and contribute to an exciting period of expansion.
This role will manage a high-potential territory covering the South Eastern United States. Youll connect with customers and help them discover how our products and solutions can take their business to the next level.
- Hunt and Close:
Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings. - Grow Key Accounts:
Nurture and expand relationships with existing customers by delivering tailored, solution-based selling that builds trust. - Showcase Our Value:
Present products and solutions with confidence—demonstrating features, benefits, and ROI in a way that resonates. - Own the Sales Cycle:
From lead to contract, manage every step of the sales process including proposals, negotiations, and closing deals. - Hit the Numbers:
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to company-wide growth goals. - Stay Sharp:
Keep a pulse on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform your sales strategy. - Deliver Excellence:
Provide outstanding support before, during, and after the sale—ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to align goals and improve the customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field), but a strong sales record speaks volumes too.
- Meat processing experience a plus.
- 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or related field; food or ingredient industry background a plus.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce or Hub Spot.
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
