Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory/industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including facility managers, plant engineers, and procurement teams
  • Conduct client site visits to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop accurate proposals
  • Present and negotiate service agreements and project bids
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and regular activity reports
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
  • Stay current on electrical codes, technologies, and competitive offerings
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electrical, industrial, or construction services
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a technical or service-based industry
  • Understanding of electrical systems, industrial maintenance, or contracting (not hands-on, but familiar enough to speak credibly)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and team-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the region
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to industrial, manufacturing, or commercial facilities
  • Background or education in electrical engineering, construction management, or technical sales
  • Existing book of contacts in relevant industries
