With decades of experience and a strong technical team, we’re expanding our sales force to reach more customers and deliver greater value.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory/industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including facility managers, plant engineers, and procurement teams
- Conduct client site visits to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop accurate proposals
- Present and negotiate service agreements and project bids
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and regular activity reports
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
- Stay current on electrical codes, technologies, and competitive offerings
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in electrical, industrial, or construction services
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a technical or service-based industry
- Understanding of electrical systems, industrial maintenance, or contracting (not hands-on, but familiar enough to speak credibly)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the region
- Experience selling to industrial, manufacturing, or commercial facilities
- Background or education in electrical engineering, construction management, or technical sales
- Existing book of contacts in relevant industries
- Monthly revenue targets
- Lead generation and conversion metrics
- Number of client meetings and proposals delivered
- Opportunity pipeline value and close rate
- Customer retention and satisfaction
- Base salary + commission
