We're seeking career-minded candidates with a finance/insurance sales background and a drive to excel in the industry.

Your Mission:
  • Provide top-tier financial services to support customers in purchasing, insuring, and refinancing their boats and yachts.
  • Maximize sales and profitability using Boat House tools, products, and services.
  • Promote ethical sales practices, employee engagement, and effective decision-making aligned with management, sales, and admin teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost job satisfaction, productivity, and alignment with Boat House priorities.
  • Implement and communicate processes that enhance efficiency and financial accuracy.
Your Skill Set:

Sales and Advisory

Skills:
  • Identify customer finance and insurance needs through excellent interactions.
  • Prepare sales presentations of TBHG financial services and products.
  • Collaborate with TBHG lenders and insurance partners for optimal outcomes.
Communication, Organization, Management:
  • Communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
  • Share opinions and processes clearly with all employee levels.
  • Maintain scheduled processes and adequate staffing for financial tasks.
Record Retention and Organization:
  • Keep organized records of transactions, documents, and customer information.
  • Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements.
Problem-Solving

Skills:
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues during sales and financing.
  • Develop creative solutions to meet customer needs and overcome obstacles.
Contract Review and Compliance:
  • Review contracts to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Navigate industry-specific regulations effectively.
F&I Sales Knowledge:
  • Understand the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Know the core services and products offered through TBHG finance office.
  • Prepare sales presentations for all TBHG finance, insurance, and product protection programs.
