Insurance Sales Representative
Our growing company seeks an enthusiastic salesperson for a people‑centered role driven by strategy. The ideal candidate is a well‑rounded problem‑solver who thrives in a fast‑paced work environment and can confidently produce new business, maintain a book of business, and drive renewals.
Compensation$42,000 - $48,000 Base Salary PLUS Commission & Bonuses. Signing bonus: $2,000.
Responsibilities- Generate new business and meet sales targets.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Drive renewal agreements and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to set and pursue ambitious goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem‑solving mindset with adaptability in fast‑paced settings.
- Experience in sales and business development preferred.
