The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring service and contributes to store sales goals. This customer-focused role supports company initiatives, builds customer relationships, and delivers an experience aligned with the brand.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and supporting daily business goals.
- Engage customers, build clientele, and provide feedback to management on customer needs and category opportunities.
- Use digital tools and alternative purchasing options to support product discovery and customer access.
- Participate in team training, support company initiatives, and maintain sales floor and store standards.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and move for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require.
