Overview
We’ve partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Service Parts Specialist to support their Inside Sales and Parts Department. This role is ideal for someone with an industrial, mechanical, or parts background who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Process customer orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and on time
- Support key accounts with pricing, availability, and order status updates
- Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and shipping to resolve issues
- Track shipments, manage parts inventory, and ensure timely deliveries
- Assist in maintaining customer records and internal documentation
- Provide responsive phone/email support for parts-related inquiries
- 2+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or parts sales/support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (ERP experience a plus)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
