Full-Time | Automotive Outside Sales

Holz Motors Wholesale Parts is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative (OSR) to grow our wholesale parts business throughout the Milwaukee area, Madison, and Northern Illinois.

This is a
field sales position focused on developing new business, building strong customer relationships, and growing sales with existing wholesale accounts.

• Visit repair shops, collision centers, and automotive businesses throughout your territory.
• Develop new wholesale accounts and grow existing customers.
• Build relationships with shop owners, service managers, parts managers, and technicians.
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on quotes and leads.
• Promote Holz Motors' wholesale parts, pricing, availability, and delivery services.
• Maintain a consistent customer visit schedule.
• Work closely with our Wholesale Parts team to provide excellent customer service.
• Take ownership of your territory and sales results.

Milwaukee and surrounding suburbs, including North, South, East and West Milwaukee
, as well as Madison and Northern Illinois
.

• Automotive Parts Experience is a MUST
• Sales Experience is a MUST
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Comfortable prospecting and asking for the business.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
