Senior Sales Manager - Brake Pads

Our client is a brake pad manufacturer with a registered U.S. entity in Texas and warehouses across multiple locations. Their products hold U.S. and European certifications, and the team is now expanding to build and maintain customers in the U.S. aftermarket. Landing the four major retailers (Auto Zone, O'Reilly, Advance, NAPA) is projected to bring in USD 50M to 150M in annual sales.

You will lead the push into the U.S. automotive aftermarket, with the big four auto parts retailers as the primary target and small and medium distributors next.

• U.S. market research and analysis, and building sales channels
• Collecting customer information, vetting accounts and developing new customers
• Leading business negotiations, driving sample and trial orders, and closing contracts
• Following up on order payments and handling customer service
• Deepening relationships with existing customers to grow repeat purchases and order volume
• Other sales-related work assigned by management

• 10+ years in the auto parts industry, brake pad sector preferred
• Strong working knowledge of, and channel access to, Auto Zone, O'Reilly, Advance and NAPA
• Background in friction material companies (First Brands, Wagner, Akebono, Bosch or similar) or in procurement at one of the big four retailers is a big plus
• Bachelor's degree or above, foreign trade related majors preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to read U.S. customer needs and push projects through
• Strong resilience and stress tolerance, with a real passion for sales
• Fluent English as a business working language
• Must be U.S. based
