Internship Position Summary Join the Broan-NuTone Retail Sales channel to gain hands-on experience across multiple business disciplines including Sales & Marketing and make a meaningful impact on key processes that influence data analytics and our end customer. In this role you will support key initiatives and projects related to both Sales & Marketing, and process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities Contribute to projects that drive operational excellence, improved forecasting and order fulfillment.

Assist with research, analysis, and recommendations related to processes and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on a variety of business, sales and marketing related projects.

Take ownership of assigned projects from planning through execution while receiving mentorship from dedicated professionals and leaders.

Support additional team priorities and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.

Qualifications Currently pursuing a Business related degree

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
