Role Description

Regional Sales Manager
- Southcentral USA.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales and business development strategies to drive growth throughout the Southcentral USA (TX,OK,AR,NM,KS,MO) region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, extensive travel and cold calling on high level clients and developing new business connections. You will be responsible for meeting agreed sales targets, preparing sales reports and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and business development in the heavy equipment or energy sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Able to travel extensively to visit customers and prospective customers.
Experience with construction equipment (dealer development) or in the equipment rental industry (selling to rental networks) is required.
Currently a resident in the Southcentral area - TX, OK, AR preferred.
Extensive network of contacts and knowledge of the regional equipment rental sector.
