Employment Type: Full‑Time.

• Strong foundation in Food Science, Grain Science, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–10+ years of experience in masa flour product development, operations, or commercialization.
• Deep knowledge of nixtamalization, corn varietals, and masa functionality.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and scale‑up efforts.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer‑first mindset.
