We’re launching a new division and building a one-of-a-kind water treatment facility focused on advanced oilfield water reuse and desalination. This is a rare opportunity to be part of something built from the ground up
.
- Hands-on water, soil, sludge, and brine analysis
- Wet chemistry and instrumental testing (pH, TDS, titrations, TOC, IC/ICP if installed)
- Support TPDES/NPDES compliance sampling and testing
- Run bench-scale testing for desalination, RO, GAC, fouling, and scaling
- Maintain defensible data and audit-ready lab records
- Work closely with engineering, QA/QC, and operations
- BS in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field
- 2+ years in water treatment, environmental labs, or oil & gas
- Comfortable in a hands-on, on-site lab environment
- Fully on-site role in Orla, TX
- On-site lodging provided
- Ideal for someone who wants to be embedded in operations and grow with a new facility
