NOW HIRING – We have IMMEDIATE Openings! Metropolitan Division of Public Safety, Inc. (MDPS) is seeking “qualified” and “professional” Personal Protection Officers for future positions in Texas to ensure the safety and security of our high-profile clients. The duties will include pre-planning safety measures, offering close protection to clients in public, and responding to emergency situations as required. The ideal and successful candidate should possess strong observational skills, be physically fit, and have a keen understanding of risk management and be able to anticipate potential threats and act appropriately to always guarantee the safety of our clients.

Applicants MUST meet all the following minimal conditions.
Qualifications- Active Personal Protection Officer License
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal protection, security officer or similar role
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Proficient in self-defense and physical restraint techniques
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent observational and decision-making skills
- Physically fit and able to react quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to operate security equipment and systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma; further training in security or relevant field is a plus
- CPS and First Aid certification is an advantage
- Prior law enforcement or military experience preferred
- Provide personal security for high-profile clients
- Conduct threat assessments and develop detailed security plans
- Accompany clients on business and personal trips
- Remain alert and react quickly in stressful situations
- Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy
- Drive or accompany client to meetings and social events
- Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity
- Defuse potential threats and elevate when necessary
- Provide first aid and medical assistance if needed
Prior employment, criminal and credit history (if applicable) will be verified. Drug Testing mandatory.

First Aid and CPR skills (certification preferred) - Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal protection, security, law enforcement, or a similar role
- High School diploma required; further training in security or a related field is a plus
- Prior law enforcement or military experience preferred
- Active Texas Personal Protection Officer (PPO) License (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- CPR and First Aid Certification (Preferred)
