As a Security Guard - Mall Patrol Driver in Sturtevant, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence and routine patrols will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to guests and staff. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver's license.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security‑related concerns within the retail environment.
• Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits as required by site‑specific protocols.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding incidents or emergencies as needed.
• Support emergency response activities according to site procedures when appropriate.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
