About the RoleBase is looking for a Residential Battery Electrician to diagnose and repair field issues, rework installs to pass inspections, train new install crews, and inspect installs for quality control for Base's battery fleet in Dallas-Fort Worth.
What You’ll Do
All in-field activities inclusive of the following:
Troubleshooting and diagnosing field failures
Inspection failure repairs
Onboarding and facilitating training of new installer crews
Meeting with inspectors and AHJs.
Sit for inspections
Understand Base hardware, general electrical principles, NEC Codes.
Respond to on-call duties for emergent electrical issues during nights and weekends on a scheduled, rotational basis.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of relevant work experience required.
Residential Wireman or Journeyman.
Experience with battery back up systems, EV Chargers, or whole home generators.
Pay Ranges
Apprentice: $25/hr - $30/hr
Wireman: $32/hr - $37hr
Journeyman: $37/hr - $39/hr
Master: $40+/hr
