Maintenance Tech – Waterford/Union Grove/Mukwonago, WI Full Time

We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our Waterford, Union Grove and Muskego apartment homes. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Being reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job, as the ideal candidate will preferably have previous maintenance work experience and solid technical knowledge.

You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work.

• Maintenance of buildings & units
• Light painting, landscaping, carpentry and turnover of units when tenants vacate
• Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
• Snow removal from walkways

Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, Boiler and electrical. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and have their own tools. People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply. Maintenance: 1 year (Required), Customer service: 1 year (Required).
