We are seeking a Crane Operator to join our project site in Hilbert, WI
.

• Operate various mobile cranes, including rough terrain, telescopic boom, and lattice boom crawler. Experience with lattice boom friction cranes is a plus.
• Have basic knowledge of rigging procedures and removal‑from‑service criteria.
• Understand crane functions and limitations, including assembly and disassembly procedures.
• Be familiar with crane attachments such as hooks, slings, pile‑driving equipment, clamshell buckets, concrete buckets, etc. Impact pile hammer experience is a plus.
• Perform daily maintenance of the crane (greasing, general housekeeping).
• Conduct daily “shift inspection” and monthly machine inspections.
• Use computer software and LMI for proper set‑up and safety.
• Communicate effectively via radio, verbal, and hand signals.
• Operate other types of heavy equipment (e.g., excavator, front‑end loader, telehandler, skid‑steer) if required.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Training is available through the unions if not all requirements are met.

• Current certification from an accredited crane operator testing organization is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Duties are performed outdoors at construction sites.
• Duties involve physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs, including standing, climbing, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, and handling and lifting materials, equipment, tools, and machinery weighing up to 50 pounds.
