- Lead the service floor by tackling the most challenging diagnostic issues and complex repairs that come through our doors.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure every vehicle leaves the shop running safely and efficiently.
- Mentor and guide newer technicians, helping them sharpen their skills and grow in their automotive careers.
- Document all service work clearly and accurately to keep our customers informed and our records precise.
- Collaborate with the service advisor team to communicate repair needs directly and honestly to our local customers.
- Keep your workspace organized and uphold our commitment to a clean, efficient, and professional garage environment.
- General Motors World Class Technician certification or equivalent ASE Master Technician status preferred but not required.
- Extensive hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing complex automotive electrical and powertrain systems.
- Current, valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Personal set of high-quality automotive tools.
- Deep familiarity with GM diagnostic software, including GDS2 and MDI 2.
- Strong ability to mentor junior technicians and foster a collaborative shop atmosphere.
