Amundson's Appliance Center is a multi-location Retail & Commercial appliance business in Northwest Wisconsin with direct and online sales and in-store Service and Parts Department. Due to expansion, Amundson's Appliance is now hiring a Service & Parts Coordinator.
The job entails taking high volume service calls, scheduling service for technicians to go to customers' homes, ordering/receiving/sending out parts, communicating with manufacturers for authorizations for warranty service along with other common daily office tasks.
The ideal candidate is able to multi‑task, be a team player and communicate in a professional manner.
This position is Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays off, paying a competitive starting salary.
