Residential HVAC Service Technician
Midwest Heating & Cooling is hiring Residential HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their craft and want to work for a company that truly understands the job.

What You’ll Be Doing- Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Make honest recommendations based on what customers actually need
- Work independently while being fully supported by an organized office team
- Follow safety standards and applicable residential/light commercial codes
- Potential Starting Total Compensation Package of $131,800. DOE
- After-hours appointment bonus
- Employee referral bonus – up to $2,000 per referral
