Peak Made Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general systems in our apartment communities. This role emphasizes resident-focused service and teamwork with the Maintenance Supervisor.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays. EPA Type I/II certification is preferred.
