** What You'll Be Doing
*** Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, PLCs, motors, and controls to maintain reliable plant operations
* Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
* Install, test, and calibrate electrical components and instrumentation in accordance with codes and standards
* Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to execute work safely and accurately
* Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize work, improve processes, and drive continuous improvement
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated capability in industrial electrical maintenance, working with equipment ranging from 12V DC to 4160V AC; experience with automation, controls, and HMI is a plus
* Strong troubleshooting skills with a safety-first mindset and adherence to lockout/tagout and electrical safety practices
* Ability to read and apply electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
* Effective communication and teamwork skills with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement
* Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, and on-call as needed
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
