• InstallBMScontrolsandlowvoltageelectricalsystemsperprojectdrawingsandspecifications
• Roughinandpulllowvoltagecablingthroughconduitandpathways
• Terminatecablingincontrolpanels,enclosures,andfielddevices
• InstallandconnectBMSsensors,controllers,actuators,andrelatedequipment
• Perform point-to-pointverificationandbasiccommissioningsupport
• Coordinatewithothertradestoensureclean,conflict-free installations
• Maintainaccuraterecordsofcompletedworkandmaterialusage
• Supportandmentor Apprentice/Helperteammembersasneeded
• Followallsafetyprocedures,OSHA standards,andsite-specific protocols

• Technicallyproficientwithastrongattentiontodetailandinstallationquality
• Self-motivatedandabletoworkindependentlyoraspartofateam
• Reliable,professional,andaccountableonthejobsite
• Safety-consciouswithaproactiveapproachtohazardidentification
• Receptivetofeedbackandcommittedtocontinuousimprovement

• 2+yearsofBMScontrolsorlowvoltageelectricalinstallationexperience(required)
• Hands-onexperiencewithlowvoltagecabling,termination,andpanelwork(required)
• FamiliaritywithBMSsystems,controllers,andfielddevices(preferred)
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretlowvoltagedrawingsandwiringdiagrams
• OSHA
  10certification(preferred)
• Valid driver’slicense(required)

• Experienceoncommercialhealthcare,education,orinfrastructureprojects
• Knowledgeofbuildingautomationprotocols(BACnet,Modbus,Lon Works)
• OSHA
