Overview

Prince Telecom is hiring full-time entry level Cable Technicians in the Green Bay area to help connect America! We provide paid training, a company vehicle, full benefits, and growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone and/or alarm equipment.
Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
Perform customer service duties by:
Greeting customers in the home during a walkthrough;
Reviewing all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement;
Interacting with customers in a professional, courteous manner, including when responding to escalations and repeated concerns;
Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.

Who We Are Looking For

Valid driver's license required
Minimum 18 years old
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
Comfortable working in inclement weather
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Effective communication skills
Able to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
Ability to lift, climb, and carry ladders with weight up to 80 lbs
