Pay: $25.00 - $45.00/hr (based on experience)
Shift Differential: +$1.50/hour for 2nd & 3rd Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time

Poclain Hydraulics is seeking mechanically inclined individuals who are ready to build a career in industrial maintenance. Whether you have technical training, maintenance experience, military mechanical experience, or strong troubleshooting skills, we'll provide opportunities to grow while supporting advanced manufacturing operations.

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Support CNC machines, assembly equipment, heat treat systems, conveyors, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation in CMMS.
• Participate in equipment repairs, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements.

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Preferred

• 1-3 years of manufacturing, maintenance, automotive, military, farming, or construction experience.
• Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.
• Exposure to hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or mechanical systems.
