Adult Residential Support Professional (Full-Time) | Neillsville, WI

Join our team in Neillsville, WI as a Residential Support Professional and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals receiving services in our Addictions, Restorative Justice, Mental Health Residential, and Crisis programs.

Full-Time | 38.5 Hours Per Week

12.5-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 8:30 PM) with a rotating schedule:

• Week 1:
  Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 2:
  Sunday, Tuesday, Friday

Enjoy a predictable schedule with one weekend on and one weekend off.

As a Residential Support Professional, you will provide daily support, supervision, and encouragement to residents while helping create a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support, interact with, and monitor residents while serving as a positive role model
• Document resident observations and maintain required records
• Assist with medication monitoring and administration (per program guidelines)
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations
• Support residents in achieving treatment and recovery goals
• Perform household duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing supplies
• Assist with transportation to appointments, meetings, and community activities
• Help residents develop life skills, including meal preparation and daily living tasks
• Participate in staff meetings and required training

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, social services, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record required
