Case Manager

West Texas Centers is seeking motivated individuals to perform ongoing Case Management for people served. Starting Pay: $21.84

• Assist individuals in obtaining required services, including access to medical, social, vocational, and educational resources.
• Coordinate services and monitor ongoing needs.
• Advocate on behalf of clients and engage them in activities designed to reduce symptoms of mental illness and improve community functioning.
• Engage clients in activities that promote recovery and independence.

Requires flexible hours, extensive paperwork, and self-directed performance. Travel and the use of a personal vehicle are required.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Applicants must reside within a 70‑mile radius of the duty site.
