Chileda Institute Inc. seeks a 30s Residential Case Manager to provide care, coordination, and advocacy for residents from enrollment through discharge. You will help develop and implement Treatment Plans, Positive Behavior Support Plans, and IEPs, collaborating with families and the treatment team.
The role is full-time, mostly first shift, with occasional second/third shifts and weekend hours; on-call duties may apply. Strong communication and trauma-informed care knowledge are essential.
