We are a team of 76 developers, marketers, designers, customer service representatives, thought leaders and food lovers operating from Louvain-La-Neuve, near Brussels, with offices in Barcelona and Paris. Our strength? Our people!

As a Software Developer at Qualifio, you won’t just write code. You’ll design solutions, shape features, and co-create in an
Agile environment
that’s fast-paced, supportive, and full of opportunity.

Here’s what your day-to-day could include:

• Collaborating with fellow developers, POs and PMs on
  high-impact, technically challenging projects

• Designing, building and maintaining backend services using
  Node.js and Type Script

• Creating secure, scalable APIs and SDKs for internal and public use

• Contributing to frontend components (React) and deliver end-to-end features

• Improving performance, refactoring legacy systems, and helping us move toward a
  microservices architecture

• Pioneering the smart use of
  AI in everything that we do

• Ensuring quality through code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines

• Pushing code that meets our high bar for
  security
  ,
  performance
  , and
  maintainability

• Partnering with clients and integrating with their systems to become a key part of their
  data value chain

We know no one ticks every box, but if you’re nodding along, we want to talk:

• 3-5 years
  of hands-on experience as a Software Developer

• Strong skills in Node.js and Type Script

• Experience with at least one frontend framework like React
  , Vue, etc

• Proficient with SQL/No
  
  SQL databases like
  PostgreSQL
  ,
  Elasticsearch
  , etc

• Good understanding of
  asynchronous programming

• Comfortable with
  authentication and authorisation
  flows between multiple systems, servers, and environments

• Strong grasp of Git (Git Lab, Git Hub) and
  CI/CD
  principles

• Awareness of security
  ,
  accessibility
  and
  GDPR
  best practices

• Fluent in
  English and French
