The goal for the Application Engineer is -The application response team is NOT a 1st line helpdesk; its mission is to solve highly complex issues for customers in an ever-changing environment. You will be the last line of defense between customers and chaos.
Developer characteristics- Software developer with an eye to improving the system while remaining pragmatic.
- Problem solving skills:
You can identify problems, analyze them, make them disappear. You are autonomous and detail oriented. - 4+ years of experience on the job or side projects.
- Strong collaboration skills to provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
- Able to shift gears in a rapidly changing environment: agility is key.
- A Software Engineer that can collaborate with fellow software developers and customers.
- Experience as part of an application support team (2nd/3rd line support).
- Hands-on experience in web app development with ASP.NET and MSSQL.
- Excellent English communicator, written and spoken, customer centricity.
- Expert in C# and .NET.
- Able to work as a team player in an international environment.
- Mild level of craziness.
- Experience with user provisioning (SCIM), user authentication (SAML, oAuth).
- Experience with REDIS and/or Elastic Search.
