- Model Development:
Build complex predictive models targeting pricing segmentation, loss costs, acquisition, retention, and conversion. - Technical Leadership:
Guide methodology, evaluate data science tooling, and mentor junior modelers. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product, Underwriting, and IT to deploy compliant pricing solutions. - Regulatory Oversight:
Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure seamless state regulatory filings.
- 5+ years experience
- ACAS or FCAS
- Advanced SQL and strong Python proficiency alongside modern modeling and statistical software.
