Senior Transport Administrator

We have three top brands: ITC, Modulyss and Bentley. Our 1,100 colleagues work at our headquarters in Waregem or at one of our production sites in Tielt, Zele or Los Angeles.

To further strengthen our logistics organization, we are looking for a Senior Transport Administrator who, with extensive experience in transport, can help elevate our department to the next level.

As a Senior Transport Administrator, no two days are the same. You play a central role in organizing and administering our daily transport activities. In your role, you will also take on responsibility for supporting process improvements.

• Organize and coordinate daily transport activities within the EU
• Prepare and closely follow up on transport schedules
• Contribute ideas on process optimizations and help implement improvements
• Assign transport orders to carriers based on scheduled deliveries and ensure cost‑efficient and high‑quality execution
• Handle the administration of the goods flow and check and process transport invoices
• Verify data and information related to transport and customs processes to ensure all shipments are correct and compliant with regulations (you do not prepare the documents yourself)
• Proactively follow up and resolve deviations or issues in consultation with internal and external partners
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and the internal sales team
• Report to the Transport Manager
• Work from our site in Zele approximately twice a month

• You bring substantial experience in transport and logistics
• You have an eye for improvements and enjoy contributing to them
• People describe you as analytical and confident
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• You are proactive, solution‑oriented and enjoy collaborating with different departments
