Overview

Vista Aircraft Maintenance is seeking to hire a Parts Clerk for our Part 145 Repair Station in western Wisconsin, less than one hour from the Minneapolis area. The Parts Clerk reports directly to the Parts Manager and plays a vital role ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our maintenance facility by managing aviation parts inventory. The ideal fit is someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments with a focus on maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting weekend operations as needed, and collaborating closely with maintenance teams.

Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in‑house maintenance provider for the Vista Members’ fleet, which comprises an unrivaled fleet of light, super mid‑size, long‑range and ultra‑long‑range aircraft. Vista Aircraft Maintenance has multiple maintenance hubs strategically located across the U.S. and Europe.

Parts Clerk Responsibilities
  • Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Monitoring the current parts inventory
  • Pricing parts to maintain profitability
  • Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
  • Helping aviation partners find and purchase the correct parts
  • Overseeing special orders
  • Collaborating with Lead Maintenance Technicians to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 1‑2 years of experience with a willingness to learn
  • Problem Solving/Analysis
  • Collaborative Skills/ Teamwork
  • Systems Skills for computer hardware & software including applications
