Vista Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a Parts Clerk for our Part 145 Repair Station in western Wisconsin, less than one hour from the Minneapolis area. The role reports directly to the Parts Manager and is vital in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our maintenance facility by managing aviation parts inventory.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, maintains optimal stock levels, supports weekend operations as needed, and collaborates closely with maintenance teams.

Vista Aircraft Maintenance is the in‑house maintenance provider for the Vista Members’ fleet, which comprises an unrivalled fleet of light, super mid‑size, long‑range and ultra‑long‑range aircraft. The company has multiple maintenance hubs strategically located across the U.S. and Europe.

• Forecast parts needs and place orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitor current parts inventory
• Set part prices to maintain profitability
• Receive parts, label them and place them into inventory
• Assist aviation partners in finding and purchasing the correct parts
• Oversee special orders
• Collaborate with Lead Maintenance Technicians to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs

• Valid driver’s license
• 1–2 years of experience with a willingness to learn
• Strong problem‑solving and analysis skills
• Collaborative skills and teamwork
• Systems skills for computer hardware and software, including applications
